Planning a wedding
Congratulations. If you are planning a Shaadi, Nikah, or Beeye, we can be a helpful partner to make that evening a beautiful and memorable one. There are a million details you have to juggle. Our experience can help ease the worry a little and help you plan a major part of the evening..the reception. Some of the things you need to decide (along with your DJ) are :
- Music while Guests are seated
- Emcee (DJ or a Family member?)
- Introduction of the wedding party
- Music for the introductions
- Introduction of the Bride and Groom
- Music for the Bride and Groom's entrance
- Music for Cake Cutting
- Speeches and Presentation?
- Toast and/and Blessing
- Cordless mics and/or Projector and Screen?
- Thank you message from the Bride and Groom
- First Dance Music
- Father Daughter or Mother Son Dance?
- Music for the rest of the evening
- Last Dance Music
Remember....You have time to plan. So keep the dialog open between you and your DJ and plan this well so that everything flows smoothly on the big night. Include your friends and your "would be spouse" so that their wishes and requests are also accommodated.
How we do it..
Once you decide on us as your DJ, we will send you a contract and planning form. The signed contract and the deposit must be returned promptly to book the date. The planning form will help you decide most of the things on the list. We will be available to help in any way possible. We like to get a list of songs and music you and your friends enjoy so that we can have it available for you. We have an extensive collection of Indian music. If there is anything special you like please let us know.
